- Public festival. Free wheelchair-lift shuttles run continuously 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. between Placentia Town Center, the parade start and Tuffree Park; free event parking is available at Tuffree Middle School. Confirm accessible routes at the park with the organizer.
Please note: Current organizer page confirms Saturday October 10, 10 a.m.–3 p.m. at Tri-City Park. The current shuttle/parking page confirms wheelchair-lift shuttles 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and free event parking at Tuffree Middle School. Vendor applications include parade, beer garden, business, craft, food, game/activity and nonprofit areas.
