Halloween Spooktacular & Trick-or-Treat Bash
The City announces a free family Halloween event with Old Town trick-or-treating, youth/adult/group/family/dog costume judging, activity booths, a photo booth and library activities. The costume contest is held in Library Park; registration begins at 3:00 p.m.
