36th Annual World Famous Pumpkin Race Festival
Free all-ages Halloween festival that transforms the pier and downtown area into Pumpkin Race Land, with costumes, creative pumpkin racers, activities and qualifying through championship races. The festival begins at noon and races begin at 2:00 p.m.
